外來人口客戶換發「新式統一證號」辦理資料變更

內政部移民署自2021年1月2日起進行外來人口換發新式統一證號作業，若您已換發新式統一證號，需請您本人備妥新居留證，以視訊方式聯絡本行客服人員或親自到各分行辦理資料變更。
提醒您，所得稅結算申報及辦理代收付交易業務(如信用卡扣款、薪資入帳等)，應注意統一證號與金融機構留存證號相符，以免影響自身權益。

Update Your Account Information due to Replacement of New UI No. for Foreign Nationals

Dear O-Bank Customer, 
New UI No. have been issued by National Immigration Agency, Ministry of the interior  (“NIA”) from (and including) January 2, 2021. If you have renewed your UI No., please bring your Alient Residence Certificate (“ARC”) with new UI No.,and visit our branch or use video call to contact our Customer Service representatives to update your banking account information. Please be reminded that UI No. filled in your individual income tax return and ACH transaction service (such as credit card bill payments or payroll transfers) should be consistent with your banking account information to avoid affecting your own right and interests.
